15%charged by the firm, if it wins

If the airline still refuses after every step (reminder, rebuttal and regulator complaint), you can hire an independent law firm that takes airlines to court. It’s a separate engagement: you’d agree that firm’s fee with them directly.

  • ✓No win, no fee, and no court costs to you
  • ✓Your choice, offered only after a refusal
  • ✓Still less than half what agencies charge from day one
Provided by an independent, regulated law firm. Flyback introduces you; the firm contracts with you directly. Flyback takes no percentage.

Why not free? The letter is free. The price pays for flight-data verification, reading the airline’s replies, reminders, the rejection playbook and a human when you need one. Free tools stop at the PDF.
Why not a percentage?Because the money is yours. A percentage means the company does best when your payout is biggest, not when your claim is easiest. We’d rather be paid for the work.
When do you charge me?When the airline approves or pays your claim, we tell you. We email you a link to pay €49 (VAT included). No card is saved and nothing is ever charged automatically. From then on your claim page shows a “Not received yet” button: if the money hasn’t reached you, tap it and we wait another 14 days before asking again. Once it has arrived, pay through the link in a minute. If the airline never approves or pays, you pay nothing.
Is VAT included?Yes. What you see is what you pay, wherever in the EU you are.
