How it works

You claim. We make sure it goes right.

Flyback isn’t an agency that takes over your claim. It’s the tool a lawyer would build for a friend: it checks the facts, writes the letter, sends it in your name and watches the airline until you’re paid.

1

Check your flight Free · 30 seconds

Type the flight number and date. We pull the scheduled and actual arrival times from flight data, so you never have to prove how late you were.

Behind the scenes: arrival delay (doors open), great-circle distance, whether the flight is covered by EU261 or UK261, and the likely cause.
2

See what you’re owed Free

The amount per passenger, the total for your booking, how strong the claim looks, and exactly what an agency would keep. If the claim is weak, we say so.

Honesty rule: if the delay was under 3 hours you’ll see “Not owed” and why, with no checkout. If the cause was clearly weather, we’ll tell you it’s probably not worth claiming.
3

Pay nothing now €49 only if you’re paid

Nothing to pay now. If the airline pays, we email you a link to pay €49. €49 per booking, not per passenger: a family of four pays the same as a solo traveller. When the airline approves or pays your claim, we tell you. We email you a link to pay €49 (VAT included). No card is saved and nothing is ever charged automatically. From then on your claim page shows a “Not received yet” button: if the money hasn’t reached you, tap it and we wait another 14 days before asking again. Once it has arrived, pay through the link in a minute. If the airline never approves or pays, you pay nothing.

Optional and separate: if the airline refuses after every step, you can hire an independent law firm that charges 15% only if it wins. You’d agree that firm’s fee with them directly; Flyback never takes a percentage.
4

Build and send About 3 minutes

Four short questions. We write the claim in the airline’s language, citing Article 7 and the court rulings that matter. Then it goes from your email address, with our tracking address in copy.

Why your name: airlines engage with passengers, and some ignore third parties. You stay in control, and nothing is assigned to anyone.
5

Track until you’re paid Weeks, sometimes months

Every reply from the airline lands in your dashboard, read and explained. No reply by day 30? A reminder is drafted. Vouchers offered? A one-click “cash, please”. Rejected? The playbook tells you whether their excuse holds and drafts the rebuttal.

When money lands: you tell us, the lime dot lights up, and you can share your flight room so seatmates claim too (€5 back for each).
0%of your payout goes to us. Ever.
