Families and groups
Every one of you is owed. You pay us once.
Compensation is per passenger, children with their own ticket included. Claim agencies take about 35% of every passenger’s money, so the bigger the family, the more they keep. Flyback charges one €49 fee for everyone on the booking, only if the airline pays.

Children count
A child with their own seat and ticket is owed the same as an adult. Babies on a lap ticket usually aren’t; we’ll tell you.
One claim per booking
Everyone on the same booking goes in one claim with one fee. Some airlines want a form per passenger: we fill in the details for each of you.
Parents sign for children
The letter names you as the parent claiming for each child. The airline pays you directly; we never touch the money.
