Never miss a delay you’re owed for
When you open a booking email in Gmail or Outlook, or your booking on an airline’s site, Flyback spots the flight. One click and we watch it: if it lands 3+ hours late or is cancelled, we tell you what you’re owed. Old flights? It tells you if you can still claim.

Extension privacy policy
The extension reads visible text only on the listed sites (Gmail, Outlook, Google Flights and airline and agency sites), and only to find flight numbers and dates. That happens inside your browser.
It doesn’t send your emails, browsing history or page contents anywhere. Only when you click “Watch” or “Check” does it open Flyback with the flight number and date you chose. If you check a flight from the toolbar button, that number and date are sent to Flyback to look up the flight status.
It uses no tracking cookies, sells no data and doesn’t use it for advertising. Anything you give us on the website (such as your email to watch a flight) is covered by our privacy policy.
Permissions: “storage” (to remember which prompts you closed) and access to Flyback for the quick check. Nothing else.
