Flyback started with a cancelled flight and a quote from a claim agency: “We’ll get your €600. We keep €210.” The claim took one letter. The law was written to be simple; the industry built around it isn’t. So we built the tool a lawyer would build for a friend.
Flyback is based in Seville, Spain, and works in Spanish and English first. We’re not a law firm, and Flyback never takes a percentage.
